User Agreement
By accepting the terms of the Agreement by clicking the "Yes" button, you understand and agree to comply with all of its conditions. By clicking the "No" button, you decline the offer to enter into this Agreement. All rights to the Game belong to the Copyright Holder. You may register an Account only if you are a natural person who is at least 13 years old. Storage and use of your personal data by the Copyright Holder are regulated by the privacy policy. You may use the software related to the Game exclusively for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Copyright Holder undertakes the following obligations: To provide the User with the right to use in-game items free of charge. The Copyright Holder has the following rights: To suspend or modify the Game without prior notice to the User; to collect statistical data and identify the User by installing and storing information; to send Users messages of informational or technical nature related to the Game; to modify, supplement, or modify the Game at any time, including any of its parts, including the client part of the Game; to take any measures not prohibited by law to protect their intellectual property rights in relation to the Game. The User undertakes the following obligations: To comply with the terms of this Agreement, including the Game Rules, without any limitations;

Not to otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of the Copyright Holder in relation to the Game and/or any components of the Copyright Holder's resources. The User guarantees that they have all necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User has not reached the age of legal majority or has become fully legally incapacitated due to other circumstances provided by the applicable legislation, they are obligated to independently obtain the required permission as required by the law. The User has the following rights: To use all available resources and technical capabilities of the Game;

The Copyright Holder is not responsible for any possible unlawful actions of the User or third parties. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the User's lack of access to the Internet. The Copyright Holder does not reimburse the User for expenses related to payments of rewards. The Copyright Holder does not guarantee that: The Game will satisfy the subjective requirements and expectations of the User; The Game as a program will meet the User's expectations; The Game will be available and can be used around the clock. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the occurrence of direct or indirect damage to the User or other third parties caused by: The use or inability to use the Copyright Holder's resources; Unauthorized access of any third parties to the User's personal information; The User understands, accepts, and agrees that the Game may include various sound and/or video effects that, under certain circumstances, may exacerbate certain conditions in individuals prone to nervous or other disorders, and the User guarantees that they do not suffer from such conditions, or they commit not to use the Game. The User has the right to use the Game in ways described in this Agreement, as well as in territories where it is available within the normal gaming process using standard computer or other means and programs within the functionality of the Copyright Holder's resources.
